For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

Refund & Exchange The Olive Branch Health Food Store does not offer refund or exchange for the following items:

Bulk food – we are unable to take responsibility for the proper handling of bulk food items once it has left the store. For example, as the bags are open the food item cannot be resold safely. Product is visible prior to purchase therefore please make your selection wisely.

- Chilled/Frozen product - we are unable to accept returns for items that are not faulty. For example, if a customer returns chilled food items after they have been out of refrigeration for more than 20 minutes, the item cannot be resold safely. 

Faulty Items

The Olive Branch Health Food Store, in its discretion, will provide you with a refund, exchange or credit to the paid value of the item, if the item is faulty, or where otherwise required by law. 

Note: it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. Therefore, an immediate refund may not be possible. We will endeavour to work closely with you to resolve this as soon as possible.

- Proof of purchase: Store or EFT Receipt

- The item is in original/re-saleable condition.

Sale Items No refund or exchange on SALE items

Refund Method The refund will be issued using your original payment method, or where appropriate at our discretion.
